Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Vaayun. We take pride in offering high-quality premium linen shirts and fine linen fabrics crafted for comfort and elegance. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures regarding returns and refunds.

1. Overview of Return Eligibility

We maintain a transparent policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience while protecting the integrity of our specialized products.

 Linen Shirts: Eligible for size exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

 Cut Linen Fabrics (By the Meter): Strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Policy for Linen Shirts (Apparel)

We want you to love the fit and feel of your linen shirts. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept size exchanges subject to the following terms:

Eligibility Criteria:

 Timeframe: Requests for exchange must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

 Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any odors, makeup stains, or pet hair.

 Packaging: All original tags, Not returnable tag and labels, and branded packaging must be intact and attached.

Non-Returnable Apparel Items:

 Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during special clearance events.

 Customized or altered shirts.

3. Policy for Fabrics (Final Sale)

All fabric purchases (cut-to-order yardage or meters) are final.

 Why? Once a fabric is cut from the master roll according to your specific order, it cannot be restocked or resold as fresh inventory.

 

4. Defective or Damaged Items

We thoroughly inspect all items before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

 Notification Window: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos of the defect or incorrect item.

 Resolution: Upon verification, we will arrange for a free replacement (if stock permits) or a full refund to your original payment method, including any shipping charges incurred for that item.

5. Refunds & Processing Time

 Inspection: Once your returned shirt is received at our facility and passes our quality check, your return will be approved.

 Refund Method:

 Refunds will be credited back to your original payment mode (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) within  5–7 business days.

 Alternatively, you can choose Store Credit, which is processed instantly and comes with an extended validity.

 Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective
